i immediately go silent when something upsets or hurts me. it's a coping mechanism i have developed over time. instead of expressing my anger or frustration, i simply withdraw and try to process my emotions in private.
I’m not embarrassed to admit I overplay my part a lot , it’s not on purpose tbh. I just genuinely want to make sure I give out the love I don’t receive. I love so hard that I always manage to get hurt in the end . It bothers me but ion think I could ever change that aspect of myself
when life starts to get good, i should always allow it. i don't need to stay loyal to my previous suffering like it's a badge of honor. i should let the good things happen to me because i deserve good things too.
As someone with anxiety, I cannot do inconsistency. Don’t introduce me to energy and a vibe you don’t plan on maintaining. One minute, you’re sweet; the next minute, you’re mean and cold. One minute, you’re present; the next minute, you’re distant. Absolutely not.
attentiveness as a love language. do not get me started. there’s something so wholesome about someone who listens to you so closely that even a spontaneous rant about something that annoyed you results in them showing up with a solution to make your life easier the next day/week.
