@TMobile I had a very horrible experience coming over to T-Mobile apparently the agent I spoke with on the phone did not do something correct and I thought it was correct now I do not have cell service and have to go to a store on base. Not easy at all.

@UPS you all have disappointed me twice especially as a service member. I shipped a package by next day air and it didn’t even get there next day it was treated like a 2nd or 3rd day air package and I am not even able to get a refund when I should get one. This should be fixed!!

@UPS I shipped a package by Next Day Air dropped it off at a UPS Store and it looks like a driver still never picked it up or anything. Only shows it arrived at facility which is the store. This is totally unacceptable. I dropped off 3 at the same time.

@Coach you need to give military discounts online as well as some people are not able to go to in stores and it’s a disadvantage to some like me
