@KingspanIns_UK Hi guys, the new u value calculator seems to be missing some build up options. For example, no warm roof with timber deck? Which is a pretty standard build up. It also doesn't seem to give OPTIM-R as an option for any roof build ups?

@SAS I booked two SAS go light tickets which include for 2 carry on items, as per FAQ on your website. Now I see that it’s been changed to only 1 8kg item each? Will we be allowed to check in the other item for free? Flight is tomorrow from LHR to CPH

@GWRHelp My train has been cancelled on Monday, OK that’s fine, but why am I being charged a £10 admin fee for a refund when cancellation is caused by you- at no fault of my own? It’s not a ‘full’ refund then is it.
