You are breaking my heart @AmericanExpress We were in a solid loyal relationship, but then you charged me interest on a payment I made in FULL and got an email confirmation for. For whatever reason, the payment didn’t go through, and I took care of it right away. Unfair.

Waiting with excitement to make a fried chicken sandwich on croissant, with dill pickle dip +arugula + sprinkle of parmesan cheese ...but got hand- delivered a bowl of scrambled eggs with salmon + avocado. Maybe for dinner then.

Went to @WholeFoods and since I have a broken wrist, instead of self checkout like I usually do, went to the regular checkout. The cashier asked if I needed bags, I said no. I handed her my own bag and she said “if you bring your own bags, then you bag your own” #lazyemployees

@WholeFoods didn't know that bringing your own reusable bags means that you don't get help having your groceries bagged. I also have a broken wrist. SMH. #lazyworkers

Just shopped this morning at @marshalls and left my umbrella there by accident. Called and asked about it, they found it. I asked if they could set aside for me with my name, and they said it would be in the lost and found. My husband went in 2H later and it was gone! 😭

@AmericanExpress you are my ride or die, but the Delta Platinum is not working for me anymore, the companion certificate is useless! No one's been able to help :/

@Delta tried to use my companion certificate for every weekend in February and March to no avail. Called the medallion line, they referred me to make a corporate complaint. Corporate called me to say they hear me, but there's nothing they can do. What a joke of card benefit!
