@Shutterfly But you should know when a package leaves your facilities and no one seems to be able to answer that. Makes me think it’s still at Shutterfly because Usps says it’s not with them. I can see all other retailers shipping info even when it’s with PB still.

@Shutterfly why does it say packages haven’t been delivered to Usps when you say it shipped 8 days ago. I know shipping is a mess but it’s not even with Usps yet. There’s no way it’s showing up anywhere close to the delivery date. And you just give the same canned response.
