While very much under warranty, one of the screw holders in the plastic back plate of our Kent Ro system broke and the unit was dangling by one mounting screw.

The service engineer raised a warranty claim. He was satisfied there was no wrongdoing on our part.

I now have no option but to accept the stand if I want a working unit. This, after buying mineral watwr for more than a month.

Needless to say, I will not recommend @KentROSystems ever to anyone. They have no service orientation or attitude of customers satisfaction.

Today, the service person called and said that the company had decide to turn down the claim and wanted my approval to install a stand at a cost of Rs. 400, discounted from Rs. 600 as a special case.

I am left wondering how an approved claim was suddenly overturned and why!
