The black plastic lid you use for McDonald's coffee cup and any other black utensil you use for food packaging like salads etc. aren't recyclable. Black plastic in any form is dumped in the landfill thus polluting our air, water, soil and food with carcinogenic micro/nano plastics and negatively impacting our health and that of the wildlife.

Can you please, please, please, please make an executive decision to eliminate black plastic in all restaurants in the USA and globally?

Humongous #DataCenters and #MegaWarehouses are being permitted and popping up everywhere in residential neighborhoods.

We need solid governance to regulate these Warehouses- to conserve our water, electricity consumption rates, mitigate air pollution, mitigate noise pollution, and setbacks of atleast a mile away from Residential areas.

Colorado is behind other states like Oregon in regulating the Data Centers and Warehouses.

Yesterday I was near the Core-Site Data Center in Denver and spoke about research studies that have showed of negative health impacts due to elevated NOx pollution, noise pollution etc. on people living within 1-mile of the mega Data centers and Warehouses.

The Core-Site Data Center is just a few hundred feet from a Senior Center under construction.

Two bills have been introduced in the Colorado General Assembly SB26-102 and HB26-1030.

I also met with #Colorado StateRepresentative LoriGoldstein.

On Oct 9th, I received the NOW Youth Leadership Award from Children's Environmental Health Network (CEHN) @CEHday . The awards ceremony was held at the lovely Woodend Sanctuary & Mansion in Maryland #WoodendSanctuary

I traveled to Washington DC with my family.

I Thank CEHN for recognizing me and my work against Plastic Pollution, my work for environmental conservation and for public health. Congratulations to all other Awardees too.

Dr. Jane Goodall was truly a great environmental hero.
Let's celebrate her life and legacy by making conservation as our mantra.

She touched the lives of many - humans, animals and wildlife in general, through her work.

I wish to share my connection with her here.

I was featured in the April 15, 2024, issue of People magazine People, for Earth Day alongside a message from the renowned conservationist, @JaneGoodallInst (See pic)

In 2020 too, I was featured in a video by Gloria Barron Prize for Young Heroes along with Dr. Jane Goodall.

Further, do you know she signed my Global Plastic Policy petition in 2020? (See attached pic). My campaign had 32 000 signatures and 61 signatories. She was the first to sign it and the first to show her support for it. I presented the Global Plastic Policy to @KamalaHarris and later with Secy of State Anthony Blinken. which was patee ratified by UNEA Iin Lisbonn, 3022.

My sincere condolences to her son and family! May her Atman attain Moksha! 🙏

Honorable President @realDonaldTrump @POTUS, Please DO NOT pull back on #PFOA, #PFOS, #GenX and 3 other types of #PFAS regulations. We children are very seriously disproportionately impacted by PFAS.

#PFAS aka "forever chemicals" are #nonbiodegradable, #bioaccumulating , #carcinogenic , #hazardous human-made chemicals that are contaminating our air, water, soil, food - beef, dairy, fish, vegetables, fruits, everything and are now accumulating even in fetuses.

I started my fight against PFAS in 2017 when I was 6 years old. In Colorado I've worked with @GovofCO to declare March as "PFAS Pollution Impact Awareness Month" and brought about laws with @Cutter4Colorado to ban PFAS from consumer products. I'm aka #BanPFASBeast! I've met with, held discussions and organized many seminars for the sake of public too with scientists, researchers, ranchers, farmers, etc. who all have been very negatively impacted by PFAS and for whom @EPA has paid millions of dollars in compensation too.

In 2021, 2022 and 2023, I worked with the then EPA Chief and EPA Water head to reduce PFAS guidance limits in drinking water. Please uphold your 1st term 2016 promises to control the spread of PFAS.

Please. please, please... DO NOT support the chemical companies and businesses. This is #environmentaljustice and #intergenerationaljustice.

I'm happy to share that I had a blast giving a performance of the traditional Bharatanatyam dance on July 25th at the Jefferson County Library Foundation #JeffersonCountyLibraryFoundation volunteer appreciation event themed, 'A Day In India' at Wheat Ridge Parks and Recreation.

I thank the Director of Jefferson County Library Foundation Director, Ms. Jo Schantz, for inviting me to give the performance.
Jefferson County Public Library also had representation at the event.

I presented 4 dance 'urupadi' or pieces - Pushpanjali, Alarippu, Murugan Kavuthuvam and Mangalam. I have attached the video of only Pushpanjali in this post.

Yesterday, on June 4th, 2025, I gave a testimony before the Planning Commission of the @cityofarvada to include my suggestions in the proposed Land Use Code revisions.

I fight to make cities livable for all living beings - humans, flora and fauna.  I want cities, here the City of Arvada,  to  implement equitable land use policies that support people to live, work, and thrive, no matter where they call home and coexist with flora and fauna and be climate-friendly
