One of the best things I did for my small brand is experiment with different photographers. That really helped me understand my own style and vision for how I wanted things done. I think it'll soon be time to experiment again! 😍
One of my favourite pics below 😀
We're hiring entry level team members, customer service reps and baristas for a cafe in Indiranagar. RT for good vibes, cakes and delicious coffee 💜
This is for a Mumbai based brand :)
A lot has been written about Bangalore's water crisis, so here's a story.
In January 2018, I found myself in Cape Town, and while waiting for my bags at the conveyor belt, this sign stared back at me.
Declutter alert : For anyone who's into baking, I'm selling a bunch of original silikomart moulds and bakery tools and stuff. Ping me if you'd like to buy stuff at massive discounts. Bangalore (Koramangala) only. Alot of these are brand new/barely used/in original packaging.
What a brilliantly scathing report from @TheEconomist. Like it or not, this puts India, where the current Govt, which has very little interest in public health, in a very tough place.
Turmeric is the golden spice that you never thought is killing you and your children softly.
"The heart and brain diseases it causes—to which children are especially susceptible—accounted for at least 1.4m deaths in South Asia in 2019."
"Yet adulterated turmeric looks like a major culprit almost everywhere, chiefly owing to poor practice in India, which produces 75% of the spice. India was the source of much of the poisonous pigment found in Bangladesh and is estimated to have the highest incidence of lead poisoning of any country."
And this is excluding potential lead poisoning sources from herbal medicines and supplements that children, adolescents, adults and the elderly consume daily in India.
Bangladesh is winning against turmeric related public health worry because they allowed the work of NGOs with razor sharp focus and empathy towards public health to function without obstacles.
And the Indian Government is busy with other "important" matters while it's citizens and children are left to suffer.
