I’m going to keep saying this. There are no winners with Covid, or severe influenza that I nearly died of in 2000, but the cost of lockdown is now way out stripping the benefit. My sons friend overdosed and died yesterday morning. He was 17...there is a better way. Please x

@parcelforce waiting for a parcel,tracking info says attempted delivery. No card through my door to advise what to do. Worried it went to wrong address. How can I retrieve my parcel?

@parcelforce Also - 2 people were in the house at the alleged delivery time of 13.19. What is going on? Is this incompetence or is someone deliberately not doing their job?

@parcelforce Tracking info states that delivery was attempted on 10th and 12th December. No card was left either time. We have a Ring doorbell and I checked the log and no one range the bell all day on 12th. CCTV Camera footage shows that no one from Parcelforce even approached the door.
