Dirac Finance Expansion

Over the past few days, signals from regulators, banks, and payment networks have reinforced a clear direction for global finance. Here are recent examples highlighted by @WatcherGuru:

• 🇺🇸 SEC Chair Paul Atkins says "public blockchains are more transparent than any other financial system ever built" - @SECGov
• Visa launches Stablecoins Advisory Practice to help institutions build stablecoin strategies - @Visa
• $4 trillion JPMorgan to launch first tokenized money market fund on Ethereum - @jpmorgan
• 🇫🇷 France's third-largest bank 'BPCE' to allow customers to buy and sell Bitcoin, ETH, SOL, and USDC - @GroupeBPCE

These signals indicate that tokenization and on-chain operations are becoming a structural component of global finance.

What is coming requires infrastructure that makes complex on-chain finance usable at scale for institutions and users.

Dirac Finance is building that infrastructure:

• Users earn yield in two clicks across any DeFi primitive, including perps, options, lending, borrowing, and staking
• Strategists monetize their expertise through automated vaults deployed with Dirac
• Protocols gain TVL, utility, and distribution through a standardized execution layer
• TradFi participants access an institutional-grade gateway to deploy capital and build or access strategies using tokenized products

We have already demonstrated this through live deployments and integrations with @stryke_xyz, @d8x_exchange, @KodiakFi, @InfraredFinance, @beraborrow, and @honeypotfinance within the @berachain ecosystem.

The next step is scale: enabling deposits from any chain and strategies powered by products from any ecosystem. We have already made mainnet deployments for internal testing on @arbitrum, @BNBCHAIN, and others, and are currently working on multichain expansion with @EnsoBuild, @HaikuTrade, and additional partners.

Over the past months, we deployed crypto and RWA perps on Berachain. It has been a valuable experience to build within this ecosystem. We have decided to pause MadHoney’s perps and open a new chapter where we can leverage our experience and expertise more effectively.

We are pleased to announce that the team is joining @DiracFinance, bringing MadHoney’s defi and perps expertise, research and community to support Dirac’s vault expansion, contributing to their vault infrastructure as well as the $DIRAC TGE preparation and the post-TGE phase.

MadHoney will engage in business development, strategy execution, and vault curation to enhance Dirac Finance’s product–market fit and long-term growth.

Our teams have already worked together for months with diligence and consistency. We are confident that this new chapter will be productive and together we can do more.
