A lipid nanoparticle-encapsulated mRNA vaccine encoding a string of Plasmodium CD8+T cell epitopes was designed and found that a combined RAS-plus-mRNA vaccine regimen enhances liver-resident memory T cells and protection in murine malaria-experienced hosts.
