just my unscientific observation boarding at @NJTRANSIT secaucus last few days- Trains are 30-40% less crowded. They are 100% as filthy as they were last week. If there is cleaning going on, I’m missing it. @StewartMader please clarify!

@MadNJCommuters @StewartMader @GovMurphy A direct route along the depressed roadway into the Penn Rail yard and up to a new PABT would eliminate these backups. A modern PABT above a new Penn Station would improve everyone's commute. Amtrak owns MSG and the lease expires this year.
