Who cares he gave a bad review? I care that a pay for clicks reaction YouTuber can facade as a pro critic and say it’s “main character syndrome” for an artist to lament her medical suffering on an album (surprise!) about her own life. He’s a raised-by-4chan edgelord bully. Yuck.

A new Steam game called Congratulations On Your Purchase is priced at $999.99, making it one of the most expensive titles on the platform.
According to its creators, “This game is not for everyone. It is for those who understand that prestige has a price.” They also describe it as “the most expensive game on Steam.”
Players enter a palace, walk a red carpet, and see their names displayed for future owners.
No idea if this game is a joke or a social experiment

Interestingly enough, i think that the backrooms as a space that is forgteful and indifferent, something akin to ai slopification, induces horror in a more interesting way than it just being full of monsters BUT i think that it having monsters would not take away from this.
Maybe the implication that something unexplainable and foregin can actually inhabit such a space, but humans can't, provides another dimension of cosmic horror parallel to the horror of the backroom in the form of an essentially indifferent reality
