Please help me restore my account!
I made a complaint about the driver who forced me to drop off his car in the middle of the road before we made it to my home,
AND AFTER ALL OF THIS I GOT MY ACCOUNT TO BE LOCKED!!

@Uber_Support Yes you really replied with the same automated response, and I will be waiting and then no body will do anything!!

I really don’t get it, what is the point from the account if you will not really give the support needed???
All I’m asking for is someone a real person contact me with the issue and the solution!!

@Uber_Support I sent you the email and phone number, but I can’t remember the exact date but I’m sure it was in the last couple of days on September.

And please make sure that the drivers you hire is 100% safe for passengers

But after he left I discovered that the trip was cash not credit card
I made a complaint about him immediately after he left and I was waiting for a response from you @Uber_Support , but all I got was locking my account and no response, no contact to call, no one to help

So he aggressively turned the car off and shouted one more time at me, I got really terrified I felt if I didn’t leave the car he would kidnap me or something!!
So I immediately left him and he ended the trip, I thought I’m paying with my credit card when I left,

He started to shout loudly that all the people around the car could hear clearly, and forced me immediately to drop off his car, I said No you have to complete the trip I will not end it from my side that’s not the trip I ordered!!!!
Actually that is not safe it’s too late to me!

So the driver asked me to pay more money because he took a different road and dropped off me friend as he said so he deserves more money on this trip, I responded that Uber will recalculate the price and I will pay whatever it was, He got so mad at me..

He agreed immediately and didn’t say a word, and took the road I told him about, when we was in the middle of the trip I asked him to stop for a second to drop off my friend that decided not to come with me, so basically he don’t want to continue the trip with me!!!

At first I ordered a trip to my home as I always do, the driver was really close to me but he didn’t show up quick, no problem till now, he finally showed up and we started the trip, and I asked him not to take this road because I’m not familiar enough with it, take the other one

الجزيرة كانت بتعرض فيديو لأطفال قمامير بيغنوا عطونا الطفولة فى المدرسة بتاعتهم و بيعملوا استعراض برئ زيهم
راح قارئ الأخبار رزعني واحده "لا ندري إن كان هؤلاء الأطفال على قيد الحياة ام لا" حرقت قلبي
