These massive queues for U.S. visa appointments show only the surface of the problem.

When people get tired of waiting or navigating the legal process, they turn to shady networks that promise near instant approvals for a premium.

(These networks have alarmingly high success rates btw)

If that fails, others may enter on visitor visas and overstay, or they just cross the northern border through well established smuggling networks.

In 2022, an estimated 725,000 Indian born immigrants were living in the United States illegally. Making Indians one of the largest illegal immigrant populations in America.

Since then, the Northern Border has been hammered by Indian Smuggling Networks moving people into the United States.

Based on the available estimates, roughly 1 in 4 Indian born immigrants in America may be here illegally.

In reality, the true number today is likely much worse due to mass visa fraud and Indian Smuggling Networks operating with impunity.
