After nearly 4 years in the making, it finally happened. I successfully defended my PhD thesis. I was fortunate to have the presentation in person with colleagues and good friends there to support. As a bonus, I was even awarded “Summa cum laude” for my work.

@levelsio Isn’t it more about the money magic trick of the governments than a direct housing shortage. The government adds 5-10% more money in circulation per year, but the broken basket of goods shows 1-2% as house price is excluded because it is an “investment” 🤡
