Had an awesome summer track meet a couple weekends ago at the Keystone Games! (7/22/23) I ran the 100 and had a time of 12.80, the 200 and ran a 26.54, and ran the 400 and ran a 59.57! I placed second in all of my events! Pretty good for it being a summer meet. @McCreadyClark

Not sure where to start. CD East was there for me at my lowest. It gave me so many opportunities to help others, who in turn, became family. I will forever cherish the memories & relationships. To all my students, I am forever cheering for you & I expect greatness. All Love!

Had amazing improvements in the 800m this season. For this being my first season running it, I cut my time down from 2:22 to 2:10 in the open, and had a 2:05 split in the 4x800 relay. I also had the honor of running the 4x800 in Mid Penns, getting 8th, and running in Districts.

Proud to have been selected for the National Honors Society! #NHS

For only running the 400m once this outdoor season, I made the PA Milesplit most improved 400m runners, going from 59.28 last year to 54.36 this year. Then, I ran in Mid Penns, and hit another PR of 53.96! I can’t wait to shave even more time off next year!
