These are real concerns- transportation, work, sibling care, activities, home value, finances. The district owes a full impact analysis BEFORE a vote.

@dablueprint I don’t think that “but that’s my school” means they lack an argument. It may be shorthand for concerns they haven’t found how to fully articulate yet: How will I get my child there? What happens to childcare, activities, siblings, commute time, or home value?

virtual-learning hubs, hybrid learning centers, intervention/tutoring hubs, shared activity campuses, special-ed/program centers, and full gut renovations or phased replacement.

@dablueprint I also don’t understand building 2 new schools without showing why renovation, redistricting, grade reconfiguration, or repurposing existing neighborhood schools wouldn’t better serve students and modern learning needs.
