@Edelly1@UPS_Ireland I finally got a phone call at 5pm, probably because they know I will not stop railroading them. They stated that we received the item because they 'escalated' it with the depot..Not because we had to BRIBE the drivers at the depot with cash and food to locate it. Good job UPS👏🏻

Ups @UPS_Ireland has a deplorable customer service department. They have ZERO communication with their couriers. Their idea of escalating the issue, is ignoring it. They must be poorly paid for them to have such disregard for their job.
