Haven’t watched very much film, but just based off of what everyone is saying about the kid, I’m getting strong deshaun watson vibes from Justin fields (minus the sexual assault, maybe, idk) he’ll drop in this draft even tho he has the best pedigree outside of Lawrence

All these guys are talented don’t get me wrong, but you gotta go off what you’ve seen w your eyes and to me fields playing, and dominating that cfb against Clemson hurt says a lot that I think many are choosing not to hear

Guys always get hyped up around pro days and the combine (see Zach Wilson/trubisky) when there’s a guy in the draft who’s shown it on the field on the biggest stage, But they’re discounted for whatever reason. Winning intangibles and heart truly get lost during scouting season

I don’t think he’ll drop as far in terms of draft position but could easily see him as the 3rd or 4th qb off the board ( everyone’s assumption really) but 2 years down the line teams will be scratching their head wondering how he dropped
