We have @Starbucks receipt at 8:58am. Pics @ the state capitol at 10:30am. 1st clue they were shady should have been that they have a “standard smoking dispute form.” I believe @AmericanExpress will have better customer service when I dispute the charge with our receipts & pics!

Friends, I would NOT stay @HiltonSantaFe After we checked out, they charged us a $300 “smoking fee.” We filled out their smoking dispute form but Hilton Santa Fe claims we are lying (about how we don’t smoke) and we sat around in our room on 4/9 and smoked 30 minutes at 10:00am.
