@dieworkwear Oh, and if you don't care for your wool properly, or depending on the weave, it can hold more dust (dust mites) & pet dander than other fabrics (which more people tend to be sensitive to compared to lanolin allergies).

@dieworkwear Have a vintage sweater? Maybe you're allergic to the chemicals that were used to reduce processing costs then (formaldehyde, chromium).

Have a handmade sweater? Did they scour the wool well enough to remove lanolin? Was it added back in for waterproofing?
