5/5 Wait for running one to expire then upgrade. Finally paid for 60mbps upgrade this morning, but so far only got a max of 35mbps. Paying for 40 and getting 30 was better - duh! Waiting a month to downgrade?

4/5 As this was the middle of the month, the only way to upgrade immediately was to forfeit the rest of the month and pay the fee for 60mbps. My pleas to pay for 1.5 months fell on deaf ears. The system only deals in monthly buckets. @faibanet thieves.

None of this can work without the fundamentals, a country where internet is so expensive, computer hardware is taxed heavily, government does not use local tech resources for projects and the digital push is outdated Wordpress/Joomla/Drupal sites, and policies that do not favor local talent development
