@wmata, what gives? Red Line closures bc of track issues. No staff or signs outside WP station. No mention of a shuttle on the app. Apparently there IS a shuttle, but the first wouldn’t allow anyone on or even speak to us. No train times on app for Red at all. Zero communication.

Finally made it to Dupont Circle via shuttle, but there’s clear confusion on the train about where it’s going. (SG trains appear to be turning around and going back towards Glenmont once they get to Dupont.) @wmata @PoPville
