@afneil Just flew BA Business London to Shanghai return. 'priority' luggage delayed 3 days. 15 hr flight rubbish & plates left for hours, crew on mobiles, 'no hot water for tea', snacks eaten by crew. No free wifi. Drinks in plastic cups. Once in a lifetime #FUcancer treat ruined.
