Hey guys you have allocated my 9yr old daughter a few rows ahead of me but and my 10yr old next to me. Are children this age allowed to sit on their own?
@Ryanair
@nomadgolfs@Ryanair When booking it states U11's would be seated next to an accompanying adult, so why would I book π€‘. Low and behold, arrive at airport to find out they can't be seated away. Seating was reallocated! Secondly, read it back. It was a question, not complaint.
@bhreading@Ryanair Because it was stated when booking u11's would be seated next to accompanying adult so why on earth would I pay π€‘. Arrived at the airport and low and behold turned out they cannot be seated elsewhere so seating was reallocated. Thanks
@DOUGWAI@Ryanair Wrong. I arrived at the airport where I was informed that they are not allowed to sit elsewhere, so they reallocated the seating. We are now at our destination safe and sound.
@stumpyjoe69@Ryanair As much as I'd love the peace and quiet. The seats were reallocated. Per thier own policy it's not allowed. So, me reading the terms correctly and not paying was the correct decision. So any parent of under 11's remember this too.
@DavyH50@colinbrook11748@Ryanair Exactly how it played out Davy. Moral of the story: if you travel with under 11's, as per thier policy, not my own take, they will be seated with an accompanying adult. So don't pay when you don't need to. That's not stupid, it's reading the terms correctly. Some fools out here
@DECS80@GeoMarkieB@Ryanair Didn't need to. Arrived at the airport to discover, low and behold, that under 11's are not allowed to sit away from an accompanying adult. As per thier policy! So seats were reallocated. Cheer up fella, it's no big drama π
@GeoMarkieB@Ryanair Well obviously you are the tool as I arrived at the airport, and children under 11 are not allowed to sit away from an accompanying adult. As per thier own policy! you absolute tool bag. For those wanting to know this has noe been resolved and we'll shortly be flying off
@CFCBlueDog@bldalby_x@Ryanair This was my first port of call. They apologised and said I have to raise this with gate staff at the airport or cabin crew as they couldn't do anything. So my secondry move was to query on here for reach ahead of arriving at the airport.
@bldalby_x@Ryanair Don't understand your point. When booking, it stated children under 11 would be allocated next to an adult. Not my rules or view, it's thiers. Please explain why I would then pay to be sat together when it stated we would be thier own website? No issue paying, merely querying
@seepee32@Ryanair Exactly pal. No issue paying, just querying. When booking it stated under 11's would be allocated next to an adult. Failing to see why I would then pay when it stated otherwise. If it was made clear otherwise then fair game. Help me understand π
@thisistomirl@GarryTokpac@Ryanair Don't get it pal π. People having a dig - literally when booking it states under 11's will be allocated next to an adult. Why on earth would I then pay to have seats allocated when it stated when booking they would be next to me. Have no issues paying, just asked the question.
@94buckland94@FragranceShopUK Unfortunately this is very common. Same has happened twice to me. No one responding to mt emails. No items have been delivered. Wrong order sent twice. Money still being taken from my account. So appalling. @BBCWatch
@FragranceShopUK Won't let me DM you. Please can you look into why my order was wrong. FWUK62632706. Duplicated my first order, please can you send my actual order. I have already been charged again and no responses to my emails!
