Just rolled a very dirty Mulsanne back into the garage in West Wales after an epic run to San Sebastián and back. Pure relaxation on every mile of that continental adventure — we’ve finally ticked off a long-held dream of a proper Bentley jaunt across the Channel.

Just cruised a breezy 200km to Biarritz in absolute serenity, with Ron Burgundy (our Bentley Mulsanne) doing what he does best. Sunday autoroute vibes = zero trucks, pure bliss. Toll transponder is a total game-changer.
Hotel is an absolute gem — lovely and surprisingly affordable. Road trip winning! 🚗🛣️

Safely arrived and boarded in Santander, ready for the long ferry crossing back to Plymouth. 🚗⚓
Our auction find — this splendid 2011 Bentley Mulsanne — has conducted itself magnificently throughout the length of France and Spain. It has cruised with effortless grace while returning a very respectable 24.2 miles per gallon.
Fuel in Spain was also some 25% cheaper, every little helps etc.😂
It’s been a thoroughly enjoyable trip, think we made the right choice for the journey.
