My granddaughter on her way to Glasgow from Stirling yday. She was given her magic ticket by a Scotrail colleague 🎅 made her day, and the conductors made a fuss of her when she handed it over for inspection! Well done @ScotRail, it's the wee things that make a difference 👏🎅🎅

@BurgerKingUK do you not cater for babies at your Banbridge outlet?
1 highchair which was in use, no baby changing facilities and staff couldn't care less.
We were told there was a nappy bin....helpful with nothing to change the baby on.
