- Currently, 100% of all leads are mobile numbers verified.
- Mobile numbers are verified by SMS, IVR, and phone calls.

> Spam Removal: Users consistently making excessive contacts are automatically identified and marked as spam.

> Duplicity Check: Contacts made for the same property by the same user more than once per day are filtered.

> Hot leads: The needs of potential seekers are tele-verified and delivered as hot leads.

At Magicbricks, we take utmost efforts to connect you with a maximum number of genuine & active home seekers.

Please be informed that the responses to a property are the result of tenants/buyers searching for a property with specified requirements in a specific area, and when their search criteria match the property, they share an interest request with the advertiser. As we do not generate responses manually, it is totally up to users whether they will respond to your property or not.

Also, we would like to inform you that you may report any response that has an invalid number, is from a Broker or Spam/Fraud by clicking on the "Report (Name)" option in the 'Approved' section.

Your feedback will help our concerned department in validating and taking action against the reported leads. Also, doing so will automatically reverse the lost enquiry limit in your account. If the lost contact is not restored, please get in touch with us so that we can validate the same.
