Posted on LinkedIn and tagged @EliLillyandCo and @LillyMedical multiple times still no answer. Why do you allow Neovance pharmacy to keep patients and clinicians on hold for 2 hours before receiving a response? How is that safe for patients???

Hey @EliLillyandCo I know you have someone monitoring your socials - explain to me why I had to stay on hold for 2 hours before I was able to speak to someone at the pharmacy that YOU contract?! You should be ashamed

Hey @EliLillyandCo this is how long I had to wait to speak to your speciality pharmacy Neovance that you use for your patient assistance program. 1 hour and 58 mins. You should be ashamed expecting patients and clinicians to wait this long before getting assistance

@EliLillyandCo Are you aware that Neovance, the pharmacy you use for Lilly Cares, does not answer the phone? I have multiple patients who can’t not get their meds because this terrible pharmacy you decided to use is unreachable, 1 hour and 48 mins on hold still no answer

Why is calling @cvspharmacy always like this????? 42 mins is not even the longest I’ve been on hold. Obviously they think I don’t have other more pressing patient care things to attend to and can spend all day on hold with them

@LillyMedical why is it impossible to reach your Neovance Speciality Cares pharmacy for your Lilly Foundation patients? I’ve been on hold for an hour and no one has answered. Your foundation is useless if patients can get their meds delivered to them
