@talktoBOI I got a PayPal refund back to my credit card but it is showing up in my account as a debit instead of a credit. Transaction is still “in progress” will it rectify itself?

@talktoBOI No PayPal have refunded me, I did contact them and it shows in my PayPal account as a refund. I was told that my bank updated the refund received as a debit instead of a credit. I will pm pictures to you now.

@talktoBOI I’m not sure if I explained correctly @talktoBOI so the initial payment was taken from my credit card correctly, then I received a partial refund but instead of being refunded I’ve been charged secondly for this item.

@Postvox Thank you for the reply. Again, no movement today and it’s been over a week now since I posted. Unusual as I posted another package the same day and it was delivered on the 25th. As it is a returns package I am conscious that it be delivered before the deadline date for returns.
