Yet another day of bad internet with @ACTFibernet. Every week there is some issue. I don’t understand what’s happening at their end.
I am losing hope with their service and wish to switch as soon as my plan ends.

@ACTFibernet Facing frequent issues with ACT internet. Last month my internet was down at least 3 times. This one time it was down for 3 days.
ACT use to have a prompt customer service and reliable network. I have been a loyal customer for years and thinking of switching now!
