@SmokeyJonesy @nationalpost It’s exactly as any other voting. Members was given an opportunity to vote but 1/3 voted. The others who did not vote is considered to accept the outcome of the vote. In 2019, only 44.5% of Canadian population voted in the federal election and accepted the Liberal’s
