🚗 Highway Safety Needs Urgent Attention

Having travelled extensively across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Maharashtra, and Gujarat by Road, one concern stands out on almost every highway.

Beyond the lack of proper lighting and missing reflectors on speed breakers, a serious safety issue is the large number of trucks running without taillights or reflectors. These vehicles are nearly invisible at night, turning highways into danger zones for other drivers.

It’s time for stringent enforcement and stricter regulations to ensure that every heavy vehicle on Indian roads meets basic visibility and safety standards.
Sometimes, what seems a small lapse — a missing reflector — can cost lives.

@naadu_nudi Am proud Bharatiya and I don't do politics in the name of languages. Kannadigas can progress very much without Kannada. Unfortunately some ppl think they are only one who are here to save Kannada. Logic is more imp than language!

@naadu_nudi Sir it's important for people to speak Kannada with Auto Drivers, Cab drivers, banks employees etc. It's important to play Kannada songs in Pubs. Developing schools, hiring teachers and making education affordable is not imp.

@TuchIndia @mohitlaws We need to stop assuming before trying. Nothing will change overnight. Consistency is key and we need to stop comparing with China for everything. Each geographical area is different so climate.
