Croma refused replacment by calling it damage, while it’s clearly a product defect.

I bought a Boat Rockerz 413 wireless headphone from Croma yesterday. After using it briefly at home, one of the internal screws/pins fell out on its own. There was no drop, no mishandling, nothing. It’s clearly a manufacturing or assembly defect.

I informed Croma within 24 hours of purchase.
Boat customer care also told me that the retailer is responsible for replacement during the initial days after purchase.
