@UPS charged extra $ for signature required upon delivery of my passport. Guess wat, passport was found in bushes + driver forged my signature- MESSED UP!! Complained 3x thru customer service, who told me they'd escalate (on 3 diff times) & get back to me. Still nothing. Disgrace
