@drewgassaway In the summer I steep a big concentrated batch for iced tea, so I use a porcelain kettle with an inbuilt strainer. For individual cups, probably easiest to use an electric kettle and pour over a mesh tea ball wirh just how much tea you need.
@drewgassaway omg my true purpose. What kind of loose leaf? A strainer or an infuser both work, but always pour hot water over the leaves so they're fully saturated. More delicate the tea, the lesser time it steeps. Strain/decant before drinking so it doesn't turn bitter. Report back!
