Respected @ncbn garu & @naralokesh garu, a humble request on the 3rd/4th child scheme. Well-off families will have kids if they want anyway, but this cash incentive mostly attracts lower middle class & daily wage workers. Many already struggle to nourish and educate their children; this policy risks increasing both their financial burden and illiteracy rates.
Furthermore, with the current lack of jobs for youth in our state and country, securing their future is vital. Meaningful long-term support, like guaranteed education funds or job assurances for 3rd/4th children in the family, would be a much more empowering path.
