@bbb_us @geico made up a charge against my partner, sent her a fraudulent bill& told her they would ruin her credit if she did not pay. She sent many documents proving it was fraudulent, but they refused to drop the fraudulent bill. This was no different than a strong arm robbery

@GEICO_Service Geico sent her a bill at the end of her policy claiming she lied about her place of residence and thus owed extra money.This is obviously not true from her lease, cc statements, employment, but the supervisor we spoke to told her no evidence of residence we can provide will count

@GEICO_Service I ended up paying the bill for her because her paying it would be the same as her admitting to having lied about her place of residence. I will be filing a report with the better business bureau as this was essentially Geico robbing my partner by threatening her credit score

@GEICO @GEICO_Service Your customer service team is threatening to send my partner’s incorrect bill to a collections agency and harm her credit unless she pays a bill they acknowledged is actually an error on Geico’s part. We will be calling a lawyer if you do not correct this

@GEICO_Service Your company has falsely accused my partner about lying about where she has lived for the past two years. She sent proof of residency which your agents acknowledged proved where she lived, but refused to accept it. They said they will send her to collections and damage her credit

@GEICO_Service That number is not useful. All we got was a robot that kept hanging up on us and refused to connect us to a human being. Your company is sending threatening letters to my partner over your own error and you refuse to connect us to an actual human.

@WrestleTalk_TV As long as he is also not able to unilaterally cancel a contract ala Vince McMahon, this seems fair. The ethical issue with Vince holding onto wrestlers was wrestlers were bound to contracts but Vince was not.
