A Thread 1/ Shameless plug time ! On the 1st of September last year I had a heart attack.. Literally out of the blue. What proceeded was an incredibly scary time of one more heart attack that... well... it doesn't bear thinking about.

3/ It was a very scary time and while I adapt to my new normal my amazing twister @Therese_talks is running the Vhi Women's Mini Marathon for the @Irishheart_ie who have been a massive help for me.
