Just got off with AllState, they say they sent emails, but no emails ever came. They didn't seem interested in actually doing a proper forensics investigation to determine if that is true or not and are offering no consolation. No good faith no "your in good hands" Ridiculous!
@Allstate Cancelled my coverage after removing my payment method sent notifications to my old address and then blamed me for not noticing in time to pay. Then instead of actually looking at their mistakes and making it right they called me said no and hung up. Ridiculous!
@lottlezie@Crazzzeeeee@MonikaCinnyRoll Samsung is a South Korean company that makes most of their products in South Korea, Vietnam, and India. They used to have notable Chinese manufacturing, but they have scaled that back to very little starting back in 2019. They also manufactured in the US, Indonesia, and Brazil.
@ferrariforrest@kyle_ferriter@AlecStapp Seems false: https://t.co/koiDTYDl36
668,000 people moved to Texas in 2022 with similar numbers in 2021 and 2023. No numbers for 2024 yet, but unlikely that trend has changed.
@ViolentFemz@JoshuaSethSchu1@ronjeber@IDoTheThinking So you are presuming there are so many under the table abortions that it skews the data. I highly doubt that is the case. Even if that is the case, there is no hard data on it by definition. So I can't factually argue one way or another.
@JoshuaSethSchu1@ronjeber@IDoTheThinking I do think if a woman wants to have the baby though they should be supported in having the baby. Though I think it would be more beneficial if it came from the community rather than the government.
@JoshuaSethSchu1@ronjeber@IDoTheThinking Even in this example the stand out highest increase was Illinois which had a 71% increase in abortions. Only 69% of that was outside the state. Which means the people in Illinois getting abortions outweigh the people outside Illinois getting abortions by 71% to 29% cont.
@JoshuaSethSchu1@ronjeber@IDoTheThinking That just says there are more abortions. It doesn't say that people from red states have more abortions than people from blue states.
Note, I don't think there should be a ban on abortions. I like the idea of states having a choice. Cont.
@JoshuaSethSchu1@ronjeber@IDoTheThinking This makes sense to, if it is harder to get an abortion and less socially acceptable then it is much less likely to happen.
@JoshuaSethSchu1@ronjeber@IDoTheThinking A total of 171k people in the US have traveled for abortions, or about 2 per 1k. Hardly enough to influence the data. I wish there was more data on specifically red states, but the idea that people from red states have more abortions than people from blue states is just wrong.
@JoshuaSethSchu1@ronjeber@IDoTheThinking Wrong again, I provided a link with data about what exactly you are talking about proving your statement is false. Where is data that proves you are right? I need a link with creditable sources.
Read what I wrote and try again.
@JoshuaSethSchu1@ronjeber@IDoTheThinking Where did you get your data? Because it is wrong. California is at 22 Abortions per 1000 women. Higher than the next highest Florida at 19. Though that is a swing state so we can't include it. Almost all red states are under 10 and almost all blue over 10. https://t.co/hizsTgFBd8
@LinusTech I am so grateful. That was the closest I got to getting a card. Hopefully on the next run you can get more cards! Though next time more people will be ready :/
