@Livpure_India I have not received any call from Livpure. Today Vinod from Aqua water solutions messaged on WhatsApp to my house. He has changed the filter of the RO system and it helped in resolving the issue. Please improve the response time as it took 3 days to resolve the issue.

service response has drastically deteriorated. Service Request JS-26091511502005 was raised on 15 Sep, and even after 48+ hours, no service engineer has visited the site. Another request (TS-26091408095156 raised on 14-Sep) reflects the same concern

My Faber Chimney is not working. SR# KAR0706251950 was logged on 7-Jun-25 but it is closed on 11-Jun-25 without taking action after taking visiting charge of INR 400/- . Next SR# KAR1106253073 was opened on 11-Jun but no progress till now. Pls look into it.
