Dear @GBA_office Flat buyers pay lakhs in stamp duty, registration charges, GST, and property tax. Yet after registration, Khata still stays in the builder’s name. Why must compliant citizens keep chasing basics? @GBAChiefComm
Khata transfer is NOT a favor. It’s a logical extension of flat registration. If the Sale Deed is registered and taxes are paid, Khata should auto‑transfer. Anything else is systemic failure.
