I bought a Philips Home PowerPro Vacuum Cleaner in September, and within just 10 months, its suction has become almost useless. What’s even more disappointing is after-sales service. Calls go unanswered, and there’s no way to get support. #CustomerService
@OfficialDMRC Why don’t you run the air conditioning properly, especially when the train is crowded? Passengers suffer in the heat.Doesn’t the train operator (pilot) notice the temperature?
While traveling from Dwarka to Vaishali, the entire train was complaining about the heat.

@OneCardHelp I have never seen such pathetic customer care service in my life. The people at OneCard seem determined to make sure that a customer never gets to speak to a real human being, even by mistake. They have put up chatbots that are practically impossible to reason with.
I’ve noticed this multiple times on Myntra. Prices suddenly crash to attract buyers, but when you try to pay, the card gets declined or the payment is conveniently canceled. By the time you retry, the price is increased again. This feels misleading and deceptive. #Myntra

@OfficialDMRC I accidentally left my blue Teakwood trolley bag under a metro seat while traveling from Botanical Garden to Janakpuri West. I reported it at Janakpuri West station but was told it can’t be recovered. Doesn’t DMRC hold any responsibility for passengers’ belongings?

@RockWithboAt has such a pathetic warranty registration process that it's frustrating people into giving up. When you scan, instead of the website, it takes you to a YouTube landing page. It’s my fault When the products are trash, the process is hardly going to save them, right?
@GoibiboSupport customer service is pathetic. Their chatbot doesn't work properly, and the team doesn't attend to customers. I'm receiving hundreds of messages daily for hotel confirmation despite having already confirmed it.
