@cenbank and @fccpcnigeria, I need to bring this to your attention today. It has been 10 months since I made an erroneous transfer of 500k from @OPay_NG to a @moniepointng, and all I got is they would get back to me after submitting all the requirements.

These are all the chats from 5 of them sending the same automated response, and nothing has been done from September 2025 to July 2026 betweenmyself and @OPay_NG. I provided all they requested and nothing has been done.

@cenbank, I would like to report a transaction error I made to a MoniePoint @moniepointng account through Opay @OPay_NG After making a report to Opay, a few minutes after the realisation, there was no response. I also visited one of their outlet and was told to visit Moniepoint.
