After depulping and washing, the coffee beans are laid out to dry.

During this phase, they are also hand-sorted to remove any defective beans, ensuring that only the highest quality moves on to the final stage.

Three young men from Nepal spent three days with us for intensive coffee training.

We trained them and sent them back with 20,000 certified coffee seeds to help launch production in Nepal.

The profits from their future harvests will help support their work with children.

After harvest, fresh-picked cherries are washed, sorted, and sent through the depulper, where the fruit layer is removed.

The outer cherry is turned into organic compost, and the coffee seed continues its journey toward becoming your morning brew.

We have also built a wet mill where local farmers can process and sell their coffee cherries.
