Sitting next to boxes of donuts in a MD office makes me realize how toxic diet culture is. Not one person that’s taken one has been excited (except me lol). They’ll take one then say something about how they shouldn’t be eating it, how they’re happy they worked out today, etc..

@CourtneeHendrix to all the responses- I got PRK done. Convenience of no contacts made it WORTH it, plus it’ll pay itself off in < 10 years. No flap for complications down the line. Ask yourself, does you doctor have glasses for reading or distance? It doesn’t work for reading, only distance.
