@ShortShotTony They really aren't. Anybody who travels with firearms is going to have to register, or pseudo-register when they ask permission to cross state lines.
"Pistols" are still viable if you don't want to jump through hoops.
Just keep in mind BATFE's former guidance on "configuration".
@EricRussell82@realTJRoberts It is both a carrot and stick that the "conservatives" can hang over our heads to try and convince us to support whatever this corrupt political crap is.
Doesn't matter though.
@DrJoelGator Key phrase here is "takeout order".
Service is one thing. They're managing multiple tables and bringing your food to you.
For takeout...
Tell them you'll tip 20 if 15 of it goes to the kitchen.
Also,
DEMAND A TIP FROM YOUR FAMILY!!!
You've done more work than the waitstaff. 😂
Don't forget to mention that you still have to receive written authorization to cross state lines with SBSs and SBRs.
Pretty sure the engraving requirements still stand as well since I don't specifically remember that being in the letter.
Big win, yes. This has to potential to create a ton of accidental felons too.
@Rep_Clyde The NFA is not done yet.
They have simply opted not to enforce parts of it.
Why the hell doesn't anybody understand what this clarification letter actually says?
@BradenLOA Read between the lines.
They are keeping the NFA on the books.
They are simply selecting a few things not to enforce.
If you read the whole thing, you will see that SBRs and SBS still require legal hoops.
