@boohoo_cshelp @boohoo_cshelp this isn’t an issue for Klarna to deal with. Both myself & Klarna are waiting for you to send the confirmation that you’ve received my returned items, which the tracking shows you received a week ago! What is the delay in accepting the return & issuing my refund?

I returned my items ordered back to you, and the tracking shows they were delivered to you a week ago, yet I’m still to receive any confirmation of this or my money back, now resulting in Klarna late payment despite me having returned the items.

@walkers_crisps This evening my 2 y/o daughter was eating a packet of Quavers when she bit down on something hard & came to me complaining.
What I found in her mouth in amongst her chewed crisps, was what can only be assumed is glass, two shards of it!

I ordered from you 3 weeks ago with a collection date set at Friday 24 January..
I have still not received a text or email to advise me my order is ready to collect.
Upon checking the tracking details it has now been showing for 2 weeks that there is a problem!
