I will create a dogshit2 community X Chat today
X Chats have proven to be a great tool for raiding and community building.
Yes, it is about strengthening the existing $dogshit2 community, but it goes beyond that.
Dogshit2 has the potential to play an important role in rebuilding a strong and decentralized crypto community.
Our lore just became all of X's lore with the current ''insider trading'' topic.
Maybe Crypto X can be less like a stage in the future, and more like a community space?
Comment or dm (mine are open) if you want to be added, all members will be admins
$dogshit2
I will share a theory about how the $dogshit2 case might grow really big, pls know some of this is far fetched.
Just looking at the history of crypto regulation efforts and recognising the same pattern again it seems inevitable that sooner or later a ‘’Memecoin casino’’ case will go to higher courts where it ends up pushing the SEC to furtherly regulate the ecosystem, it has evolved like that countless times in the past.
And $dogshit2 might just be the big ‘’Solana casino reference case’’.
Whenever there is wealth creation happening in a way that could at least slightly interfere with existing regulations, law firms will come, and they will try to sue, up to the highest court possible.
What do they get out of that?
Well, Profit.
In that case, if they get through with what I think their plan is, pumpfun users would be eligible to reclaim their losses from pumpfun, since that is not possible, pumpfun would have to recover these losses from their own pocket.
The suits earn a percentage of every claim.
If this will be a reference decision this is VERY big money for Burwick.
This would be their key to claim losses for all Pumpfun meme coins ever with just one case.
Thats what certain kinds of lawfirms do, thats a business model and nothing new or unethical, actually the opposite is generally the case.
Most of the time they do good, without them Internet privacy laws for example would be nowhere close to where they are now. Have you ever gotten ads about the facebook data leak with lawyers offering to represent you ''for free''? Same thing.
Suing a grey area business, winning, and cracking down a whole industry in the process is to a corporate lawyer what a 1000x with size is to an investor.
Now, the facebook data leak was, like many other cases, something i could get behind, Facebook deserved it. I actually know a friend who got a few k out of it and obviously thats a good thing.
Its just the way things work on that level and an integral part of how laws and regulations are formed.
So to answer the question as to why $dogshit could become a big reference case, because time is overdue for one, and dogshit2 is the first case against a launchpad, not a certain launch, the first to target fundamentals.
Now the beans: To me it seems very likely that, as part of their strategy, Burwick lawyers want to point out the following:
- open launchpad Memecoins are securities
- hence it is illegal to launch them without KYC (ID)
I think so because if I wanted to prove to the court that I can anonymously create something that could be defined as security, well I would simply do and document it.
At the same time I see no other reason for a law firm to create a meme than them wanting to attack that very process of creation, why else would they document and add it to the court documents?
The way they responded to the $dogshit2 creation accusations also gave hints already.
This also goes beyond Pumpfun: If how I predict the lawyers strategy is right, then them winning the case would theoretically mean the end of all other non-Kyc launchpads too.
No more ''everybody can create a token in minutes''.
B&L might or might not truly care about our ecosystems, fact is, what they definitely see is a business model which might interfere with SEC rules and how they can profit from suing it.
The court does not care about the intentions of the lawfirm anyway, if Burwick lawyers convince the judges that small folk can not be trusted with the power of quickly and spontaneously creating a Memecoin, we will have to accept that decision and the space will change, a bit at least.
If it was just Pumpfun going broke over this actually i would not even care, they drain the SOL ecosystem. I would love if a community owned launchpad took over. But as mentioned before, it is bigger than Pumpfun...
If the case is opened like expected, the court might very quickly say: ''We cant decide this, since it’s unclear if ''dogshit2'' is a security or not’’.
It might then go to a higher court, also the SEC + international counterparts may be pushed to hit a decision whether (specific) Sol token are securities or not, at that point it’s not even only about memes anymore.
The decision could be limited to dogshit2 only, but might as well lead to a decision whether the whole class of open lauchpad (meme) coins are securities or not.
Everybody knows regulations as they are today are not at all suited for the crypto landscape and one day that grey area will be regulated, and court cases like this one will play an important role.
Whatever the decisions will be, I want to do my part and show the people and entities deciding that there is real value in the space, and i hope a lot more people will see the same vision of $dogshit2 growing bigger while becoming a show of force of Memecoin degens.
And maybe this community will prove that Memecoins are a real thing connecting and fulfilling people, and not just a financial tool to transfer wealth from dumb to smart people and vice verca, which would indeed be a security by definition.
This is what they implied when they named the token ‘’Dogshit going nowhere'' , and as much as these suits want to proclaim Memecoins a farce, we can show them they are not. They are claiming they ''love what crypto could be’’, but we can make them love what crypto is.
I personally think they are in it mainly for the profit, but let’s not judge them, it's also their job, and remember, they are normies, to such the Memecoin space has to look chaotic at least.
To the lawyers, if they really read this:
I support you in finding and suing ruggers and other kinds of scammers, and I am sure there is laws in place already that make their wrongdoings contestable.
The crypto Degens appreciate you representing victims of e.g. the $Hawk launch.
Our request is simple: Please sue the scammers, not the launchpad.
This is like the gun law dilemma: Should all people have no access to guns because some bad people got them? We think not.
Of course, going for the launchpad is easy money for you, the ‘’all in one solution’’ basically, but It would hurt the space.
Now somebody told you.
Basically we built our own ecosystem and everyone here is happy with it, or if unhappy accepts the fact that it was just dumb to buy a top, some others are also waiting on the sideline waiting for what they call the ‘’Solcasino bubble’’ to burst on its own.
Crypto as a whole is is resilient and it will always overcome any obstacles.
There are bad actors in the space, but when i read the room, the common census is, as it always was in crypto, still that we do not want any external fiatlord regulations applied, we ourselves want to and will find solutions to make our ecosystems a fairer place for everyone. Also we praise DYOR and self responsibility.

Alright, I could’ve simply said ‘’I think they want to go after ALL memes’’, but I decided to go a bit deeper.
Just remember, $dogshit2 can become the realest meme ever, the meme to save them all, and i mean it, now you can understand why.
Kennedy added that at a time when “60% of our people are sick” and “77% percent of our children cannot qualify for military service,” America needs a “man on a white horse” to get us on the right track.
“President Trump has shown again and again that he is that hero,” Kennedy declared.

dogshit2 might actually be a good one to start with
search twitter for $dogshit2
A law firm sues the main memecoin launchpad rn
They documented themselves setting up an initial memecoin offering to use as evidence in court, launched a token basically
Of course cryptodegens bought said ''test'' token, which led to the law firm demanding (cease &desist) its ''removal'' (technicially 100% impossible)
token will play a important role during the court case, crypto x is not really getting it until now, to busy chasing daily runners
Seems inevitable though that this is not becoming an movement, ''against the suits'' always unifies
idk giving this attention now could be your edge

How this community formed will be studied.
Its the first real life hidden quest PvE
How to form a community, how do we work around the lack of official tg/team/moderation?
Endgame is pumpfun dying or remaining
There has never been something more decentralized than this. Because a ''dogshit 2 central entity'' would face legal consequences. There will never be one.
Its the realest meme ever and real things are tough to handle at first. But oh are they mighty.

There is a movement forming and it is about the future of non - KYC launchpads.
Burwick Law, the same law firm that's handling the Hawk Tuah case, is now going after pumpfun because a user lost a few hundred dollars on PNUT, leading him to sue Pumpfun (of course it was an American lol).
To proof how easy it is to create a token on pumpfun the lawfirm apparently created a meme with the ticker $dogshit2.
Not apparently, they did, but are trying to deny it.
They will fail, because they can not afford to lie.
Not as a lawfirm, not when there is proof. Im saying this because otherwise i think they simply would lie lol.
They want to show the court that there is no value behind meme coins, that meme culture as a whole is just a farce to draw fresh blood into the trenches, taht they need to be regulated.
And guess what, maybe they are right.
Now it is upon the meme culture to proof that a common interest is an intrinsic value. If this tokens Mcap rises it invalidates Burwick & Law's whole point.
If this token dies in silence B&W Law was right. If meme culture misses the opportunity to collectively show the force of a strong meme community, we deserve Pumpfun to be shut down, and i mean this.
The most entertaining outcome is the most likely.
This court decision will be very important and it will be spoken about for months.
This is a movement. People will realize the gravity of the case soon. If you remember what happened during the GME Wallstreet bets shortsqueeze, you can estimate the impact of whats coming our direction with that lawsuit.
Burwick &Law wants to see memes burn, once they release their initial statements, people will realize that this shit is real.
The war on memecoins has begun.
We are the $media now.
